For custom components, we help identify missing specifications and clarify critical tolerances, materials and interfaces.

We coordinate manufacturing feedback and surface treatment recommendations, with any proposed design changes subject to customer approval.

Supplier Qualification and Sourcing

We identify and evaluate manufacturing partners against the project scope, technical requirements and requested supplier documentation.

Customer-specific qualification and compliance requirements are reviewed before supplier selection and order placement.

Quality and Inspection Coordination

We help define the inspection scope, acceptance criteria and required records before production.

Depending on the order, documentation may include dimensional inspection results, material certificates and agreed surface or visual inspection records.

Packaging and International Delivery

We coordinate packaging and transport arrangements for the supplied products, considering handling, protection and destination requirements.

Shipping responsibilities, delivery terms and required documentation are clarified as part of the quotation and order process.

Installation, Training and After-Sales Support

For measuring instruments, support can include installation, operator training, application assistance and coordination of maintenance or repair.

The service scope, location and scheduling are agreed for each project.
